Bobby is a founding Venture Partner of FUSE, where he focuses on early-stage investments in intelligent software as well as building a winning, innovative culture. He was heavily involved in evaluating and winning FUSE's first two deals in highly competitive processes. He has also been critical to the FUSE portfolio with events and team building. Bobby has been an active angel investor since 2013, and has invested in companies such as Denali Therapeutics (NASDAQ DNLI), Tonal, Theragun, BodyArmor, among others.
Bobby also has venture experience working closely with Andressen Horowitz and Ignition Partners prior to joining FUSE. Additionally, Bobby has been recognized by Forbes as a 30 under 30 inductee for his remarkable on the field accomplishments, as well as famously self-negotiating his Seahawk contract making him a record setting, highest paid linebacker in the National Football League.
Bobby holds a BS in Business from Utah State University and was drafted in the 2nd round by the Seattle Seahawks upon graduation. Since joining the Hawks, Bobby had been a captain and leader for the Seahawks for nearly a decade, including leading the team to the 2014 Super Bowl Championship victory, elected to the Pro Bowl seven times, and elected to the elite all-pro team seven times. Bobby has also been nominated for Walter Peyton Man of the Year which acknowledges his off the field positive impact on the community.
